This Privacy Policy describes how Authentically Thrive Therapy ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by Clinton Cretcher, AMFT #153972, handles information collected through the website clintoncretchertherapy.com (the "Website").

This policy applies to the Website only. It does not govern the collection or use of protected health information (PHI) as part of a therapeutic relationship. Clients who enter into a therapeutic relationship with Clinton Cretcher, AMFT receive a separate Notice of Privacy Practices (NPP) as required by HIPAA.

This Website does not require you to create an account or log in. We may collect the following information:

  • Contact information you voluntarily provide, such as your name and email address, when you send an inquiry via email or through a contact form.

  • Usage data collected automatically by hosting and analytics services (such as page views, browser type, and referring URLs). This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

Note Regarding Mental Health Information
