Session Fee

$140 per 50-minute session

All sessions are 50 minutes, conducted via HIPAA-compliant video. Payment is due at time of service.

Sliding Scale

I reserve a limited number of spots each month for clients who need reduced-fee services. Sliding scale availability varies, but if cost is a concern, please bring it up when we talk, I will always be honest about what's currently available.

Sliding scale is offered based on financial need, not diagnosis or circumstance. You don't need to justify why you need reduced fees, just let me know.

Insurance & Superbills

I currently accept Aetna. Medi-Cal coming soon.

For all other insurance, I am an out-of-network, private pay practice. I can provide a monthly superbill, a detailed receipt with the CPT billing codes your insurance needs, which you can submit for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Many PPO plans reimburse a portion of out-of-network mental health services.

Before your first session, call the member services number on your insurance card and ask:

• → "Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?"
• → "What is my out-of-network deductible, and how much have I met?"
• → "What percentage do you reimburse for outpatient psychotherapy (CPT code 90837)?"
• → "Is telehealth covered for out-of-network providers?"

Your Right to a Good Faith Estimate

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of your care before services begin. If you would like a Good Faith Estimate, or if you have questions about your right to one, please ask. You can also learn more at cms.gov/nosurprises.
